Experience: Working within a similar setting bringing a wealth of knowledge in dementia and elderly care whilst having you NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care Experience of managing and leading a team as well as completing supervisions and appraisals Have a clear understanding of medication including managing the receipt of medications into the home Training and Development : The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme.
