We've been delivering care since 1946, and this residential home is where it all started.The team at Strode Park House ensures our residents live in a safe and secure environment; each person's individual wellbeing, dignity and choice is vitally important within the community of residents who live at or come for a short break.

Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you need.Essential SkillsOur ideal Care and Support Worker will:Be able to communicate clearly with our residents, adapting to their individual requirements. Be committed to deliver a high level of care and support for our service users.Have the motivation to use own initiative and develop activities and events for service users.Have the confidence to work without constant supervision but will seek advice and assistance where required. Be able to clearly and appropriately communicate both orally and in written form with people inside and outside the Foundation.
