Do you want to develop your career in a private healthcare setting?.We have an exciting opportunity for a strong and empathetic support worker to join our Inpatients team as a Care Support Worker.
You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary Inpatient team, supporting the nursing staff caring for patients throughout their stay, from admission to discharge.This role is ideally suited to a support worker who has previously worked in a health care environment as a Care Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Clinical Support Worker, Imaging Assistant or Nursing Assistant.
Experience in a hospital environment is advantageous but not essential.This is a hour per week post working 3 Shifts Monday - Sunday 07:30 - 20:00 or 19:30 - 08:15 on a rota basis.
Main duties of the job Role Responsibilities include:As a care support worker you will: Demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, post surgery.
