Care Supervisor

This is a full-time permanent post offering 37 hours per week.
You will have strong experience of working directly with people who have complex care and communication needs.
You will be able to guide, lead and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality person-centred care, leading by example of best social care practice.

This role could be for you if:You hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or other specialty recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes) You can be flexible; able to work days, evenings, and weekendsYou have experience of supporting culture change in the work environmentYou have strong IT and office organisational skillsYou have excellent knowledge and experience of person-centred practiceYou have the ability to coach and mentor colleaguesYou can challenge poor or unsafe practice; championing good practice and person-centred support for the individuals' using services.You have excellent communication skills to relay complex and challenging informationIf you are ready to take that next step and be a key player in a team that has a breadth of expertise in communication, health and wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour then apply now.
