About The Role Senior Care & Support Assistant Location: Kenwith Castle - North Devon - EX39 5BE Pay rate :£12.30 per hour Required: NVQ 2 ( Happy to work towards NVQ3 in Health & Social Care) Hours: Full Time & Part Time Positions.

You'll have completed an NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care and be happy to work towards an NVQ 3.
With your previous care experience you will have the knowledge and understanding of care planning.

Supporting residents to help them remain as independent as possible.
Providing companionship - really getting to know them!
Act as point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere around home.
