Pay rate :£12.50 per hour
Hours: Full & Part Time (alternate weekend off )

You'll have completed an NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care & be happy to work towards a NVQ 3.
With your previous care experience, you will have the knowledge and understanding of care planning.

What you will be doing:
Work alongside a team of Care Assistants to ensure they are supported and have guidance throughout their shift.
Identifying the individual needs and abilities of our residents to allow you to deliver person centred care.
Supporting residents to help them remain as independent as possible.
Providing companionship.
Act as point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home.
Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere around home.
