Job Description Job Description As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will provide companionship and personal care services to clients in their own homes.
You will support clients with various daily tasks, allowing them to live independently and with dignity.
This is a fulfilling role for anyone who enjoys working with people and making a real impact on their lives.
What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant Competitive Pay:  £13.50/hour on weekdays, £15/hour on weekends, £17/hour in the evenings.

Mileage Compensation:  45p per mile.
Minimum 1-Hour Visits:  Ensuring quality time with clients.
Local Shifts:  Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.
Comprehensive Training:  Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support.
Supportive Environment:  A dedicated office team and a circle of happy Care Assistants.
Career Growth:  Support for NVQ qualifications and internal promotion.
Referral Scheme:  £300 for referring friends with an easy-to-use app to track points.
Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Right to Work in the UK (please note, we are not currently able to provide sponsorship).
Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle : This role requires travel between client homes.
Passion for Helping Others : No experience is required, but a caring heart is essential.
Reliable & Empathetic : Ability to work independently with a genuine desire to make a difference.
