Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Broadstone, United Kingdom.
As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing non-medical support services that enable them to maintain their independence in their own homes.Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobilityPrepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessaryProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAccompany clients to appointments and social activitiesPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environmentMonitor clients' well-being and report any changes in condition to supervisorsAdminister medication as directed by healthcare professionalsAs Care Assistants we receive: Competitive rates of pay of up to £14.25 per hour.Enhanced pay rate for NVQ Level 3 holders.Paid Wait times up to 1 hour.Paid travel time.Milage paid at 35p per mile.Health Cash Plan and an Employee Assistant Programme.Full training provided and paid for throughout employment.Paid shadow shifts.Personalised support for you.Pension Scheme.Shopping perks and other employee benefits.Paid introductions to your clients before delivering care.Care qualification progression.various shift patterns are available to suit your lifestyle as well as your clients.We are currently looking for candidates who can offer good availability including a mixture of mornings and evenings.Every other weekend availability is a requirement QualificationsGenuine passion for caring and improving others' livesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trustReliable and patient, with a positive attitudePhysically fit to assist with daily tasks and mobility supportBasic literacy and numeracy skillsFlexibility to work various shiftsEagerness to learn and undergo trainingProblem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressureValid driving licence and own vehicle preferred, but not requiredAdditional InformationWe don't do tasks; we enhance lives and give a better quality to living.Simply lending an ear can change someone day completely and that may not just be your clients.
