Our dedicated team is guided by experienced leadership and supported by a strong sense of community, enabling us to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.Responsibilities as a Day Care PractitionerIn this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents during the nighttime hours.
Key responsibilities include:Assisting residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort.Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.Promoting resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.Monitoring residents' health and well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.Providing emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Documenting care activities accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members.Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.

However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions.
