Job Description For this senior role, we are looking for applicants who have at least two years previous experience in domiciliary care along with holding or agree to achieve NVQ Level 3/ Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
The position is full-time with a 37.5 hours per week guaranteed hour contract.
We do require applicants who have a full UK driving licence and their own car and limited working restrictions as you will be required to work alternate weekends.
This is a very demanding role that combines work in the community and office environment, ensuring a high standard of service delivery in line with company expectations.
You will be expected to oversee a list of service users by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan reviews and handovers while liaising with Social Services and any other health professionals about changes in circumstances to maintain our required level of service.

Working between the hours of 6am – 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift) Working alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday Must have a right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertake various tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.
