Our client, a leading provider of high-quality domiciliary care services, is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The Role: As a Care Manager, you will: Support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of a large domiciliary branch.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
Promote high standards of person-centred care.
Lead and support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and office staff.
The Candidate: The ideal Care Manager will: Have extensive care experience with a proven track record.
Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Be highly organised with strong planning abilities.
