AdvertCare Management Assistant (16/90M) (Fixed Term)Stranraer£13, - £14,.50 You will be required to work 18 hours per week, 52.14 hours per week.
This vacancy is for a time limited absence covering a fixed term period of up to 9 months, within the Social Work Services Care Management team.
This vacancy will be responsible for the Opening and Closing of Prepaid card accounts for Self Directed Support (Direct Payment accounts), Purchase of Direct Payments on mosaic and full Monitoring of the Prepaid Card accounts in line with agreed processes.
This post requires you to be educated to SCQF Level 6 or equivalent in a relevant subject (Social Care or Business Administration).
Recent extended office experience including meeting and monitoring deadlines are an essential requirement for the post.
You will be expected to be flexible in your approach to team working and be prepared to provide support to other Care Management Assistants as required.
You must be able to deal professionally and sensitively with other organisations and the wider public, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality.As this is a busy role, the ability to work under pressure is essential.
Working knowledge of a Business Information and/or Finance System is also essential.
