We provide care leavers, the very best pathway to a brighter future, in addition to giving specialist support to those needing help at a time of crisis.Having achieved an excellent result in our pilot Ofsted inspection we are seeking a committed and dynamic support worker to ensure we maintain the quality service we are providing to our 16- and 17-year-olds in line with the New Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023.
They will also need to ensure continuity of high-quality support for our older residents, based on trauma informed practice and development of resilience and independence skills.
