Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Care Leader to join the Holy Name Community Rehabilitation CentreYou will support the Deputy Manager/Registered Manager in overseeing the Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Intermediate Care Units, Facilitate the delivery of care as outlined in each patient's care plan within the Intermediate Care sector, Work collaboratively to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centered care, promoting best practices in Intermediate Care Services.Ensure quality care and safety for both patients and staff, contributing to the efficient daily operations of the Residential Rehabilitation unit.
