Care Home Nurses

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work with a well established client in the Belfast area.
In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of residents health and medical needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health management and care plans.
Assist with daily living activities as needed, promoting resident independence and dignity.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident progress.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement in care delivery.
