Care Home Manager

Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our care facility located in West Sussex.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for residents and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home - Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents - Supervise and support care staff, providing training and development - Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and CQC standards - Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs - Handle budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation - Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - In-depth knowledge of care home regulations and standards - Financial acumen and experience with budget management - Compassionate and patient-focused approach - Relevant healthcare qualifications and certifications JTRA1_UKTJ
