Home Manager Maypole Care Home (Southampton, SO30 4FS) Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week Up to £80,000 (including a 30% Management Bonus + fabulous Bupa benefits & private healthcare) Join Bupa and Thrive in Your Role!

As a Home Manager at Maypole Care Home, you will be entrusted with the wellbeing of our residents, leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional care.
Your Role: As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first.
You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner.

What We're Looking For: Leadership: Inspirational managers with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.

About Maypole Care Home: Set in Southampton, near Hedge End with a train station just a half a mile from the home, the Maypole provides residential and nursing care as well as rehabilitation care for those over 18 and living with complex needs or a physical disability.
The home has a real friendly, community feel, where the team are passionate about providing person centred care, championing dignity and independence - organising a wide variety of activities meaning there's no typical day here.
