We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a 49-bed care home providing personal, nursing, and dementia care.
This purpose-built home, situated in the heart of Edwinstowe, offers a warm and welcoming environment with beautiful garden spaces and a commitment to high-quality care.
Role Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop your team to provide the highest standards of care.
Ensure occupancy levels remain high and residents' well-being is prioritised.
Manage the home's profitability to reinvest in improving the home and services.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, delivering high-quality care that meets and exceeds expectations.
Essential Requirements: Minimum of three years' experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or nursing home.
NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent, with a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 or 7.
Comprehensive understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2012, Care Act 2014, and CQC regulations.
Full driving licence and ability to commute within 20 miles or 30 minutes of the home.
Strong computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, and documents.
