Your role will be based in Norman House Care Home, Hastings, which is well under construction and set to open in July 2025.
As a result we are recruiting for key positions to ensure the smooth opening of the home.
We will ensure that every team member is offered the opportunity to develop their skills and to progress if desired.

The Role: We are currently recruiting a General Manager, to take overall responsibility and manage all aspects in the day-to-day running of the home.
You will promote a caring environment which provides Residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
