We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Residential Care Home Manager to oversee two small residential homes in the tranquil Scottish Borders area, with a combined total of up to 41 beds.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while ensuring the highest standards of care.
The Role : Lead the day-to-day management of both homes.
Ensure exceptional care and full compliance with The Care Inspectorate (CI).
Increase private occupancy through strong relationship management.
Mentor and lead dedicated care teams to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee budgets and financial performance across both sites.
What Were Looking For : Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
At least 1 year of experience as a Residential Care Home Manager.
Proven ability to build private occupancy levels and meet financial targets.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations.
