We are in the process of opening a new office in Chesterfield S40.  As this is a new office, you will be required to travel to our main office in Swadlincote for training.  Role Overview: The Care Coordinator will manage and support care staff rotas, handle office administrative tasks to manage the daily functions of the office at Bradcare, and provide excellent service to clients across the Chesterfield area.
Your goal will be to ensure our clients' needs are met, empowering them to live as independently as possible.
Requirements Ensure workforce compliance with company and regulatory standards Participate in the on-call escalation rota Perform daily tasks to ensure top service delivery to clients and staff Keep internal software updated Audit internal systems to ensure data accuracy Support team members as needed Benefits Experience working with care plans Experience with rostering software systems Good working experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good communication skills Understanding of home care and care work Experience in recruitment or health and social care Pragmatic thinking and a can-do attitude Driving licence is not mandatory   Experience: 1 year in providing care (required) 1 year in office setting  1 year in administration


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
