Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Cramlington, United Kingdom.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, focusing on their individual needs and preferences Provide continuity of care by visiting the same clients regularly, building strong relationships and routines Offer a range of services including home help, companionship, and personal care assistance Conduct minimum 1-hour visits to ensure thorough and attentive care Adapt to various care situations and client requirements with flexibility and professionalism Assist clients with daily activities to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure optimal support Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition Uphold our organization's values and mission in all aspects of your work Qualifications Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others Strong commitment to delivering high-standard care and support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to various care situations and client needs Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks Patience and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals Reliability and punctuality in attending scheduled visits Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining accurate care records Preference for a UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle No specific educational background or qualifications required, as we value your personal qualities and dedication Willingness to undergo necessary training and development to enhance care skills Additional Information   Double pay rate on bank holidays Job fulfilment, a great place to work, in a brilliant team with great career prospects – where we make a difference every day to our client's lives!
