Location: South Tyneside Salary: £12.50 per hour, £11.44 per hour travel time & £0.30 per mile Schedule: 4 and 3 rotation | Day shifts (07:00 - 22:00) Contract: Permanent What You'll Do as a Care Assistant: Provide personal care, assistance with meals, and companionship Support with medication, mobility, and daily tasks Build trusting relationships with customers, promoting independence and improving their quality of life What We're Looking For: A caring and compassionate attitude with a passion for helping others Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team No prior care experience required!
