Care Assistant - Sleeping Nights - Reigate

My client is an award-winning small to medium sized care company who support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in our local community.

Inspected and rated as "Good" by the CQC, they are determined to elevate their standards even further in the next inspection.
We are looking to recruit a Sleeping Nights Support Worker to the team, working with a bright and bubbly young lady with autism that has recently moved in to her own home in Reigate.
This role will see you working 2 or 3 nights per week with this young lady from 6pm through to 9.15am, between the hours of 10pm and 7am you will have the use of your own bedroom in the flat and be classed as sleeping, from 7am onwards you will support her in preparing herself for the day and attending to her personal care.
We are seeking an individual with: A fun and happy outlook on life.
Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
Strong communication skills and experience working with behaviours that challenge.
Valid UK driver's license and access to a car for work purposes.
The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
