Job Description A Care Assistant with Home Instead is someone with a kind and compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for seniors, by supporting our clients to help them remain independent in their own homes.
Our Care Assistants provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests. Your passion for supporting others and your pride to deliver outstanding service will come from your reliability and trustworthiness.
You will enjoy building professional and respectful friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others with the ability to be flexible to meet client's needs.
As a part-time Care Assistant you will based within the community providing care for clients within their own homes. Your hours of work will be based on the below, depending on which is best suited to your availability.
07:00-14:00 07:00-15:00 12:00-17:00 17:00-23:00 Optional overtime opportunities are available upon request.
Qualifications You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Assistant.
However, it would be beneficial to have some experience interacting with older people.
A driving license and access to your own vehicle which can be used for work purposes is required for this role where you will be based in the community, providing care for clients in their own homes.
As a Care Assistant, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.
