Role: Care Assistant (Nights) Location: Abbeyfield Winnersh Care Home, Woodward Close, Winnersh, Wokingham, RG41 5NW Hours: 36 hours p/w (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, including alternate weekends) Pay: £12.58 - £12.85 p/h About Abbeyfield Winnersh Nestled in the heart of Winnersh, Wokingham, our dementia-friendly residential care home offers a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and staff alike.
What You'll do as a Care Assistant As a key member of our care team, you'll be at the heart of everything we do: Provide personal and medical care tailored to residents' individual needs.
Offer professional and emotional support, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence.
Assist residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility.
Develop meaningful relationships with residents, bringing joy and comfort to their lives.
Contribute to the creation and updating of residents' care plans, ensuring any specialist needs are addressed.
