Job DescriptionShift patterns = 2 weeks on 2 weeks off / 4 weeks on 4 weeks off / Four days on Four days off We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in East Fife.As a Live in Care Care professional this includes you living at the client's home and being an integral part of your client's lifeOnly Driver positions are currently available - Must have license and own carWhat are the Responsibilities:Live at the client's home- Have your own space at client's home which is where your personal space will be during breaks and keep all personal belongings.Companionship- ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visitHelp with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light houseworkAccompanying to appointments or shoppingPersonal Care - Supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.Medication support - Support clients with prompting medication.Build a relationship with the client/ client family.10 hour a day, You will receive a daily 2 hour break, out with this you must be available to support your client whenever necessary.What we offer : Benefits Full induction programme where we provide award winning training, plus other opportunities to develop your career.Excellent rates of pay Mileage Contribution.Rewards scheme and employee support lines.Refer a friend scheme.Care Professional social eventsExclusive discounts– supermarkets, high street stores and more.QualificationsYou do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Assistant as full training is given.
However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people.
This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
