Description Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a client with complex care needs in their family home in Burgess Hill .
As a Care Assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients.
Plus, benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime.
Role Overview: As a Complex Care Assistant, you will join our Burgess Hill team on a 1-2-1, as part of a small team of support workers and registered nurses.
Our client has clinical needs due to his seizures.
We therefore require care team members with experience in seizure management, VNS, and rescue medications.
Shifts Available; We are seeking someone to work Friday nights 9pm-7am – £15.40 per hour.

REGJBL Responsibilities To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required.
To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
Requirements Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
Experience working with complex care clients.
Experience working with individuals with Epilepsy Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
Confident in working with children and making shifts engaging.
