Right at Home is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and personable Care Assistant to join our caring team in Worthing & Shoreham District.
Right at Home is a leading homecare provider, known for delivering top-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
We focus on building strong relationships and ensuring the well-being of our Clients through personalised care.
Key Responsibilities for the Care Assistant Role Provide personal care and support to Clients in line with their care plan.
Assist Clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
Build positive relationships with Clients and their families, offering empathy and support.
Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes observed, and ensure ongoing communication with the  Field and Office Teams.
Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a supportive and seamless care delivery.
Ensure Client dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
Skills and Qualifications Desired Previous experience in a care or support role is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in care settings.
A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
Possession of a UK or EU driving licence is required.
You must be fully flexible with hours of availability including early mornings, evenings and weekends What We Offer to Our Care Assistants Competitive salary - from £23,200  Full-time role available - 37.5 hour per week A supportive and inclusive team environment.
