Description We are currently seeking a team of Support Workers with experience in complex care, to work with our young client overnight in their family home in Battle.
As a wake night Support Worker, you would help with the client's bedtime routine, ensuring they are comfortable throughout the night and providing any clinical intervention required overnight, this includes the use of PEG and CPAP equipment.
Shift Pattern: We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
Type: Nights Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 21:30 – 7:30 If you have additional availability, and would be happy to travel to different locations, we have other clients in the local area which can be discussed.
Other shifts are available Monday through Sunday.
Choose your preferred days, and this will constitute your fixed schedule.

REGAON Responsibilities To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required.
To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
To show the client dignity and respect when providing personal care to the client.
To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
Requirements 6 months paid UK based care experience.
Previous experience working as a Support Worker with complex care clients.
A full UK drivers licence with access to your own vehicle.
To be confident working with children, with the ability to make shifts fun and engaging.
To have previous experience working wake night shifts.
