Description Superior Healthcare needs you!
We are urgently seeking support staff to work 2:1 with a client, helping them to live in the comfort and safety of their own home in West Horsley.
Working alongside a registered nurse you would help assist with needs including medication, moving and handling and personal care.
Day-to-day you would enjoy spending time both in the home and the community.
Shifts Available We are looking for someone to work part time a mix of day and sleeping night shifts with some weekend availability.

REGJBL Responsibilities To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required.
To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Requirements Confident supporting clients with complex care needs Previous care experience of 3 months full time or 6 months part time in a professional UK environment Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
Flexibility to offer availability at short notice, including weekend shifts.
Right to work in the UK.
