Job DescriptionWhat you will bring:Helping clients remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes!
Responsibilities may include:Companionship and wellbeing support.
Spend time with your clients - chatting, helping out with tasks around the house or in the local community.
Supporting your clients with everyday tasks from meal preparation to light housework.
Help your clients remain well nourished, hydrated and safe at home.
Accompanying your client to the shops or appointments to support them in their local community.
Assist your clients to maintain their social connections and manage their diary.
Helping with dressing, washing or bathing.
Make your clients feel their best and prepare them for the day.
Supporting with the administration of medication.
Help your clients keep on top of their medication and prescriptions.

QualificationsWhile experience is always valued, it isn't necessary as we offer comprehensive e-learning, training workshops and competencies as well as in-field shadowing and ongoing support.
Applicants must have a means of transport as clients are cared for in their own homes, or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings and can live in remote areas.
Additional InformationBenefits:Comprehensive training provided with personal and professional development opportunities, including the opportunity to enrol in NVQ L2 or L3.
E-learning, in-field shadowing and ongoing training and workshops are provided.
Visits with a minimum duration of one hour with clients matched to you on schedule to fit your availability.Continuity of visiting the same clients regularly, and supported introductions with new clients.Competitive pay: £14 - £15.68 per hour including guaranteed holiday pay and travel allowance.
