Job DescriptionAs a Home Instead Care Professional you will support individuals in their own home allowing them to continue living life their way, putting their wishes at the very heart of what we do.
Visits are minimum of 1 hour, giving you valuable time with each and everyone of your clients.
You will visit a number clients regularly, allowing you to build positive rapport and familiarisation.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients, providing companionship and stimulation with their daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort and maintaining their emotional health and wellbeing.Our current client requirements mean that we are seeking compassionate Care Professionals who are also drivers with their own safe working vehicle to drive and accompany our clients to their appointments, shopping trips, and social events.
Your own car is essential for seamless travel between our client's homes also.QualificationsIt is essential that you have your own safe working Vehicle and a full Driving Licence to drive in the UK.No other qualifications are required as full training is provided, your compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to support others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is what is what is needed for you to succeed in the role.
