Description Join Our Team as a Care Assistant!
We are looking for healthcare assistants and support staff to assist our clients in living independently and safely in their home in Hove.
About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our client's daily life, assisting with their ventilator management, PEG feeding, moving and handling, and personal care.
Our client is young and enjoys playing with his cats.
We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you're equipped to meet our client's needs confidently.
Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.
Wake Night Shift Pattern:  We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
Type:  Wake Nights  Hours:  22:00 – 08:00 Payrate: £15.40 per hour with additional increases for weekends!
Shifts are available Monday through Sunday.
Choose your preferred days, and this will constitute your fixed schedule.

REGJBL Responsibilities Confident and clear communication with the client.
Assist the client with moving and handling.
Ability to provide ventilator care, and perform oral and nasal suctioning.
Carefully understanding and following the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
Prioritising the client's wellbeing, including raising any safeguarding concerns.
Requirements At least 6 months experience in a UK care environment.
Complex Care experience.
UK driving license is not essential, but preferred.
