Care Assistant

Job Description • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming • Assist with daily activities to promote independence and well-being • Prepare and serve meals according to individual preferences • Engage in companionship, offering social interaction and emotional support • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment • Document care activities and report any changes in clients' conditions • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Home Instead's standards of care Qualifications A genuine passion for caring and helping others Reliable, punctual, and compassionate Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided Must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a DBS check A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle Additional Information If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you!
