After completing our induction you will meet your 'Buddy', who will take you out into the community, introduce you to our customers and will guide and support you whilst you become confident in providing care to our customers.
As a domiciliary care assistant you will travel to our customers homes, therefore, we need you to have a reliable car and a full driving license….
don't forget that we pay your mileage at 35p per mile.
Hours available - 07:00am - 03:00pm 03:00pm - 10:00pm The role of a care assistant is all about customer care, if you have previous experience in a customer care role, such as hospitality, aviation, children's nursery, retail, then you will already have many transferrable skills.
