Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, supporting and engaging with residents, and ensuring they have one-on-one time.
You will need to have experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate and warm-hearted approach.
The role requires working every other weekend.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people.
