We are a Preferred Provider for BWD Social Services and Lancashire county council we also provide care for the ICB as well as private clients.
We are a family business and have been providing care in the area for 25 years.
With a starting hourly rate of £11.50 per hour, you will be trained first of all in our classroom by our management team, and then be mentored one on one by one of our experienced qualified carers.
Once you pass your probationary period your hourly rate will increase to £12.00 At that point you start your Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification and when you achieve that your pay goes up to £12.50 You can work part time or full time hours but all carers work alternate weekends.
We also offer guaranteed hours contracts.

Whether it's working directly with private clients and their families or in partnership with social services, Clinical Commissioning Groups, solicitors and health professionals, we strive to provide the best possible care and support for some of the most vulnerable people in our community, tailoring our care services to meet their needs.
We work closely with organisations such as East Lancashire Hospice, the Stroke Association, Dementia UK, Parkinson's UK and the MS Society to share resources and make sure our staff are up to date on the latest skills and training.
Our team of dedicated carers are all vetted and trained to gain the qualifications they need to help them carve out a long-term career in care.
Company Culture We provide induction training and carers must reach the required level of knowledge in each subject area.
They must also complete a number of shifts with a supervisor to make sure they're competent at following care plans and delivering the required level of care.
New recruits will also be working on achieving their diploma/NVQ qualification in care, which takes between 6 and 9 months to complete.
