Cardiology Consultant

NHS Tayside requires a Cardiology Consultant to work in the following Locum role: Job Title: Consultant Cardiology to cover at Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary Dates: Commencing 2 December 2024 until 6 March 2025 initially Rota: General cardiology locum.
 On call commitment and clinical cardiology.  Experience in general cardiology clinics, new cardiology referrals in AMU and general cardiology on call (acute CCU presentations, temporary pacing and pericardiocentesis).
  Desirable experience in TOE and pacing.
SHIFTS  Standard and on-call         9-5 duties Monday to Friday.
This will involve general cardiology clinics, ward cover, CCU cover.
 Cross site working Ninewells and Perth Royal Infirmary.
 Potential for pacing sessions and TOE lists.   Out of hours is non resident, general cardiology (non intervention) on 1:7 rota including weekends.
