Job summary To work efficiently within a multi-disciplinary team providing a service of basic and more complex investigations within the Trust and services offered by the Trust.
Main duties of the job Perform a variety of diagnostic tests for the cardiac assessment unit following a daily workload schedule as instructed.
To provide written reports for all investigations.
Communicate effectively with other staff members.
Organisation of departmental diaries and day to day service provision.
Assist with writing and development of department protocols Support education, training and personal development of other team members.

Person Specification essential Essential Cardiac physiologist degree or equivalent BSE accreditation or equivalent Minimum 2 years of echo experience Desirable Desirable Previous experience of a broad range of cardiac diagnostic tests inc ECG, ETT, holters and analysis, pacemakers and angiography Previous experience of specialist echo incl TOE, LVO, bubble, DSE
