You will be overseeing the daily activities of 2x Sales Executives, and could be a great opportunity for an existing Business Manager / Transaction Manager / Sales Controller / Senior Sales Executive who is now looking to take their first Sales Manager position.Sales Manager RoleTo report to the Brand Director, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales ExecutivesTo provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI'sTo be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitabilityTo oversee the enquiry management processTo promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintainedTo maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales dealsAbout YouExperience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulationTo be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your workProven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.To have a valid driving licencePackageBasic Salary up to £35,000 – OTE £60,000ContactJago Consultants
