What the Job Involves Supporting and guiding the Capital Delivery team to ensure best practices in delivery of capital schemes.
Contributing to planning, procuring, and managing the capital works program.
Allocating work effectively using both internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery.
Monitoring all schemes within the program, overseeing progress on site, quality, budget spend, resident satisfaction, and risk management.
Providing update reports as required on the programs status and performance.
Effectively managing the performance of contractors and technical consultants.
Contributing to finance reports, including cash flow forecasting and budget returns.
Providing technical support related to construction and legislative requirements.
Assisting in ongoing procurement projects to establish new contracts and frameworks, including the development of business processes to support these initiatives.
