What does Day to Day look like?
As a candidate care associate, you will deliver a highly professional candidate experience from onboarding through to assignment completion and offboarding.
Delivering out promise of Working For your Tomorrow, you'll liaise with Internal Hays Departments to deliver the best experience to our candidates.
Become a Leadership Partner to your candidates and internal stakeholders by being responsible for queries and ensuring resolution in a timely and professional matter Review internal processes for continuous improvement by delivering suggestions to promote positive candidate experiences Take ownership of all compliance checks and contract renewals, ensuring all documents are submitted to client specifications Build strong candidate pipelines by updating system with availability and working alongside our Sourcing or Recruitment Partners Produce reports for our clients and internal stakeholders What you will need to Succeed You will be expected to create long lasting relationship with all stakeholders and be highly organised to work with multiple candidates at once.
