From Cruise, rail, escorted tours, self-drives and Motorhome holidays, we offer all things Canada in one package.
Our aim is to provide our customers with a seamless journey from initial enquiry to their Welcome Home' call, as exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do.
Role Information We are looking for a dedicated Canada Specialist to join our sales team.
As the Canada Specialist, you'll be the expert on our Canadian product, tailor making memorable experiences.
This role is ideal for experienced results-driven sales professionals who thrive on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional travel recommendations.
Duties         Engage with Clients:  Actively connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, Live Chat, and Email to promote our Canadian travel packages.
        Convert Leads:  Follow up on enquiries, guiding clients towards their ideal Canada travel experience and closing bookings.
        Provide Expert Advice:  As a Canada Specialist, offer in-depth knowledge and insights into Canadian destinations, tailoring recommendations to meet client preferences.
        Build Relationships:  Establish strong, lasting connections with clients, encouraging repeat bookings and referrals.
        Manage Bookings:  Oversee the booking process from initial enquiry to confirmation, ensuring clients have a smooth, satisfying experience.
        Achieve Sales Targets:  Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
        Stay Informed:  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian destinations, industry trends, and our exclusive products to give clients the best possible recommendations.
        Collaborate with Teams:  Work closely with customer service and product teams to deliver a cohesive, high-quality client experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience         Sales-Driven:  Proven experience in sales selling worldwide tailor-made holidays is essential, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
        Customer-Centric:  Skilled at understanding customer needs, with a knack for recommending travel options that resonate.
        Confident & Personable:  Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable building rapport and closing sales.
        Knowledge:  worldwide knowledge, able to focus on Canada as a destination.          Excellent Communicator:  Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to present travel ideas compellingly and clearly.
        Digital Savvy:  Competent using technology and GDS trained (essential)         Resilient & Adaptable:  Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, adapting quickly to client queries and sales opportunities.
