About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join the primary marketing team in our Education division.
The role will support the marketing team by implementing and evaluating marketing activities across lists, campaigns and brands to engage our audiences, generate leads and drive sales revenue.
Key responsibilities in this role will include: To deliver and monitor elements of marketing campaigns as required, to ensure that all activity is effective, on time and generates maximum return on investment.
Implementing social media campaigns, including organic and paid, email marketing, helping to develop and launch new platforms and initiatives, working closely with the Customer Experience team and wider marketing team.
To brief in-house and freelance designers, videographers and animators to create campaign content considering brand guidelines and best practice in order to optimise customer engagement and campaign impact.
To work collaboratively with all members of the marketing team and wider cross-sector teams to make best use of systems and processes to contribute to the delivery of commercially successful publishing.
To analyse and manipulate customer information to ensure effective targeting and segmentation and analyse campaign results and track success to inform sales and marketing plans and channel activity.
To assist with the delivery of sales revenue, backorder and adoption targets, as well as other key performance indicators, to ensure marketing targets are met or exceeded.
To liaise with third parties, to help to assist with aspects of the marketing plan, such as design, advertising or print works to ensure budgets and targets are met.
To help to foster teamwork throughout the sales and marketing and other business units to ensure a collaborative and knowledgeable approach to working practice.
To contribute to budgetary management and monitor expenditure to ensure best use of spend.
Take the lead on agreed administrative marketing tasks and projects, supporting the wider team and enabling efficiency.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Essential: Experience of digital marketing A willingness to continually learn and apply best practice Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills Experience of digital and social media marketing practice Ability to prioritise a heavy workload with maximum attention to detail Good use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Innovative and creative Desirable: Previous marketing experience or a marketing qualification/work placement Knowledge of the UK education market Experience of email marketing, Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, CRM and email systems Experience of MS Teams for scheduling, communication and file management Experience of Canva or similar content tools for email and social media Benefits We care about work/life balance here at OUP.
With this in mind we offer 25 days' holiday that rises with service, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (3-days) and a 35-hour working week.
