Call Handler/Responder

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Derby  to assist with the appointment of a Call Handler/Responder, on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay: £12.74 - £16.07 per hour Responsibilities: Call handling services Responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided.
(Full training provided) Carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community.
Installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customers homes Required Experience & Skills : Call centre experience Excellent communication and computer skills Understanding of social care with the elderly Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
