- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: - Proven experience within a call centre/customer or client services role - Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while remaining calm under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
