As a Calf Procurement Rep, you'll visit dairy farms, presenting the benefits of becoming a calf supplier and negotiating purchase agreements.
You'll also act as the main point of contact for suppliers, providing ongoing support.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of beef and dairy farming and the ability to build lasting, productive relationships with farmers.
