up to £50,000 per annum Performance related Bonus 40 Hours pw - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Life Assurance Scheme Company Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Kudos is a well established Facilities Management company working within the Healthcare Sector to deliver a high-quality Facilities Management service to its client, and is looking for a CAFM & Systems Manager to join the team in Warrington on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have; Previous experience working within the FM environment, managing digital solutions, ideally within a PFI setting, with an understanding of HTM Requirements, Pay Mech & Unavailability clauses, and an ability to interrogate data to identify anomalies, areas for improvement, trends and areas of non-compliance.
The Role Kudos' portfolio consists of 35 NHS LIFT buildings across the North West & London areas, and this is a critical new role that will be focused on enhancing digital capabilities across Kudos, to drive improved performance through enhanced reporting techniques and automated data analysis.
You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the CAFM system including the asset management section, helpdesk, intuitive BI, workflows, and crystal reporting, utilising technology to improve the performance of our contractual compliance.
You will be the subject matter expert on all digital applications, reporting and data analysis, and will act as super user of all existing systems, taking an innovative approach to exploring alternative digital platforms, providing guidance to Kudos teams, and producing training materials for the CAFM system where required.
You will have a desire to bring a strategic approach to problem-solving and a passion for leading teams to success in a complex digital environment; exploring additional digital opportunities for presentation of data such as Power BI.
