You will be hands on, supporting your team wherever is needed, actively visible by staff and guests, instilling a sense of pride and fun within your team, whilst maintaining professionalism:- Have an understanding and enthusiasm for our food, beverage, play & pottery offering in particular taking the lead to ensure it remains fresh, fun and good value Taking full accountability for opening checks and closing checks with a consistent audit trail of compliance (our company uses JOLT software) Ensuring the rota is maintained for maximum efficiency and management of holidays Effective communication to lead and inspire an efficient team - and to increase sales Hold documented appraisals with your team to ensure training and growth - and to ensure excellent customer service and safety is maintained Have ownership of stock management Collaborating with other managers to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency We look forward to hearing from you!
